Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. For large furniture items, our specialized white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Nook Collections ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach international customers soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing a sofa?
Yes! We want you to feel confident in your choice. You can order up to five fabric swatches for free through our 'Swatch Request' page to ensure the color and texture match your space.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. You can also log in to your Nook Collections account to view real-time updates.
